Shipping Information
The shipping costs for any items that you order through our on-line catalog are calculated by the computer based on the size and weight, the destination and the speed of the shipping. You specify the speed of the shipping and the computer figures out the rate based on the items you selected. The following additional information is provided to answer any further questions you may have on shipping:
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
Orders can be fulfilled by any of our Churches that sell books and materials if you select to order from one of them. As Churches become able to deliver orders from this on-line catalog, they will appear in the order checkout section to select.
Otherwise the order will be fulfilled by the publisher (Bridge Publications Inc. for North and South America or New Era Publications International for the rest of the world).
Shipping is Free for any orders that are shipped to domestic locations by standard postal rates. Domestic locations are those within the same country that the order is being shipped from. Delivery time is between 1 and 3 weeks. For many nearby locations, it can even been less.
Your
orders for materials will be shipped based on the method of shipping that you
specify. Our organizations use different shipping companies or services
depending on the area being shipped to and the speed of the shipping required.
In cases of international shipping we will attempt to pay all charges so that
you can receive your shipment without paying any additional charges like customs
duties to get the shipment into your country.
If you want to return a shipment for any reason, please send it back within 30 days of receiving the package and we will return your payment. After this 30-day period, we will not honor any returns. If you are returning the shipment because the book received was damaged when received, we will replace it at no charge for you. In this case you are only required to let us know first, as soon as possible.
